I hope we keep him in the pocket and don’t flush him out. We don’t need to get too far upfield but stay disciplined in our running lanes . Be prepared for screens and quick passes with a few quarterback draws. Passing downs rush 3 drop 8 and definitely make him execute because if he breaks contain lookout . On the other hand I think we should go 5 wide and Mike Leach style quick pass them to death to get the ball out quickly to negate their pass rush and play to Quinn’s strengths.getting our receivers in run after catch situations. We probably won’t see Bama get flagged crazy like last year which really helped a lot.

I think your synopsis is correct. Clearly we want Milroe to be a pocket passer and I seriously doubt we will be able to effectively run the ball against Alabama...we didn't do that last year with Bijan.

I think the key is for QE to get rid of the ball quickly and stay healthy. The one time he stood long in the pocket last year he got slammed to the ground and hurt.

I suspect we will be targeting the backs out of the back field...hopefully more of the 'against the grain stuff' we saw once against Rice.

I think Milroe is replaced after halftime if we defend him like we should....I see multiple picks in the first half if we keep him in the pocket and multiple sacks.
