57 years ago this weekend, Coach Gus led the 'Horns against OU in his first series as skipper at UT. The 'Horns lost the first game of the series, but then swept the Sooners in the next day's doubleheader. The Sooners were led by HC Enos Semore . . . who passed away yesterday at the age of 94.
