Pretty sure Baylor #2 run defense will load the box same as TCU did to us . Weather permitting I would start off like we did in Bama game with 5 wide with Bijan in the slot on one side and Whittington on the other . Gotta get Bijan the ball he is a match up nightmare to cover . Also quick tempo short high percentage passes to get Quinn in rhythm and build his confidence. If he struggles early bring in Card who gives extra running dimension Quinn doesn’t. Baylor is scrappy if you let them hang around very long they honestly outplayed TCU for 59 minutes. We win time of possession and turnover battle we win the game 27-21 my prediction.

I expect to see a lot of attempts to get Worthy the ball. If Ewers catches fire it could be huge numbers but if not, more of the same. Getting outside with a little space to operate will be huge. We're talking a Greg Davis type of attack being very effective here.

I'm starting to think the reason we haven't abandoned the deep misses to Worthy is an inside agreement to force action his way. It's pretty well known that Sark had to talk Worthy out of entering the portal last year and there's a lot of rumbling around USC that X is heading their way this December.
Hopefully not but it's the state of CFB everyone has to deal with now. We have a superstar WR coming off injury next year that will be direct competition for the #1 spot anyways.

Yes, this would be the ideal plan but about that deep out.... other than 2 games it has really only burned our 3rd down conversion rate. Fingers crossed Ewers and X are back on the same page again.
