I know everyone has their opinions about BBQ. I don’t want to start a pissin match about BBQ. I just want to share a spot I’ve found d that is really, REALLY good. I can’t recommend it more highly.
I’m big Franklin BBQ fan. I love their brisket. I make trips from Dallas just for Franklin brisket.
Welp, I won’t have to make that drive any more for just brisket.
It is called Fingers 2 tha Bone BBQ.

I have only tried the brisket and Boudan egg rolls (yes, boudan egg rolls. Don’t ask, just give them a try). If the ribs are in the same class as the brisket, we are cooking! They have a stuffed baked potato called “The Truth”. It looks like “The Truth”
The brisket is a very small notch below Aaron Franklin brisket. I’m super serial about this. It is really close. Moist. Tasty. Nice smoke ring. Great Smokey flavor.
It is on par with brisket in Lockhart. Fingers is in the same league as Black’s, Chisholm Trail, Kreuz Mkt and Smitty’s.
The Summerfields are doing something special in this little hole in the wall.
Give it a shot if you have a chance.
