I see so many Trumpsters predicting that Trump will wipe the floor with Biden at the debates. And honestly, I can't blame them if I only watched lowlights from Biden's speeches as if they were political porn. However, I warn you all that this fixation on Biden's lowlights is warping your expectations of Biden so much that it's going to be really easy for him to beat those expectations.
For example, look at this article from the Washington Examiner before this year's SOTU that wondered if Biden would be capable of completing a SOTU longer than the shortest SOTU ever...27 minutes. And guess what...the article uses Biden's lowlights as its basis for the article. And guess what Biden did...he talked for 67 minutes!!!
So if Republicans are smart, they will start giving Biden a whole lot more credit and prepare for a bigger showdown than what they are expecting. Otherwise, its going to be an easy win for Biden at these debates.
