Oklahoma Sooner fans have started a petition for the Longhorns to keep Tom Herman around despite his scorching hot seat. The Longhorns have losses to Texas Christian, Oklahoma and struggled with Texas Tech early on in Big 12 play. Not much sunshine and daffodils in Austin right now but hopefully there is light at the end of the tunnel....

Tom deserves to have ‘his players’ for a minimum of 5 years. Plus this covid has hampered his ability to coach his players up. This year shouldn’t count towards anything just like the players. It’s a gimme he’ll get em’ next year.

I was terrified when UT hired Herman. I really, really thought he would awaken the sleeping giant. That he would turn Texas into the Alabama of the Big XII.

A person has to be wired just right though, to succeed on the biggest of stages. Its a narrow thing.
