Ok @westx let's you and me bump heads about this week's games.

But first I want to talk about me favorite games on Saturday. They all involved the Big XII.

Houston/TT
Baylor/BYU
AL/TX
2 ot games and 1 game decided with 10 seconds to.

Another thought about the aggies. When our old friend Mack Brown played Appalachian State his defense played horrible. But wth he did win which is more then your can say for 1 particular school.

On with the show
I have MSU/WA as the biggest game this week. I got MSU in this one.

BYU/OR
Going with the cougars

TT/NCS
I did say TT would over achieve my and win 8 games. Right or wrong I can't change my mind. TT.

Miami/a&m I really don't know. You know what I like best about this game?

When Mario Christobal left for Miami a lot of his top recruits left one of them was Kelvin Banks.

Hey thanks Mario.

Ok @westx what do you got?

I still had this weekend's game in my head and hadn't even looked at this weeks games. Here is what I came up with.

ou-11.5 at Neb. I'll take the sooners and the points. Nebraska's defense is super slow

Cal at ND. I am only interested here because Freeman may be in trouble if he loses this one. I thin ND will roll, but we'll see

BYU at Oregon-3.5. I'll take BYU straight up

Penn St at Auburn: Both undefeated thus far. I'll take PSU

Kansas at Houston-10: Man, KU is undefeated and a 10pt underdog. Houston looks like a decent team, but I am going to take KU straight up regardless of the points. I will try and catch this game.

Tech at NC State-10.5: another undefeated match up and we will soon play tech. I will also try to catch some of this game. You were right about Tech's young QB (he looked decent). I am taking Tech and the points. I would take Tech straight up, but they always sh*t the bed when they play other P5 teams, even when they are better.

Mich St at UW-3.5: Tough one. I'll take MSU and points

Miami at aggy-5.5: I'll take Miami straight up. Everybody on this forum has been right about the QB, King. The guy is no good. I can't believe Calzada, who appears to be better, transferred to Auburn where he is the 3rd string QB. Crazy.

If Jimbo loses to Aggy he’s in big trouble. That makes him 1-2 with Arkansas, Ms state and, Alabama the next 3

I'm not even going to pay attention to OK/NB. Dyk it starts at 9am cdt? Not even pop warner plays that early.

WA is favored?

Houston should win.

I don't know about Auburn.

The biggest surprise was BYU getting it handed to them. They must have still been celebrating their win over Baylor.

I expected Tech to sh*t the bed, just not that bad.

I think the TT defense played decent. But that qb Smith has to to have one of the slowest deliveries I've seen. And he also just sits there.

I do feel bad for that kid Ramirez. I hope he's ok.

Betting against tech before the Texas game is always easy money. With that being said, Ewers better be ready. He looked good on the sideline. I think I even saw him raising that left arm and stretching it. He looked ready. This is the last hoorah for Tech before they move to a meaningless existence. I think Tech will be the one team in the h8ful 8 that feels like all his older brothers abandoned him. The new b12 will be a desert for Tech. Think of this: at one point they had Leach, beating aggy, and somewhat competing with Texas, OU, and NU. Now, they get BYU, Baylor, Houston, and WVU ad nauseum. That stadium is going to be empty after Texas and OU go to the SEC. This is their last hoorah. Ewers better start because they are going to put every last drop of emotion into this game.

No.

In Joey Maguire TT have finally gotten it right with a hc. They'll be fine. And besides it's always been a tough go when we play there. But we should win.

Their coach is fine. It's their fanbase. Didn't you see the regent that threatened UT for not wanting to play Tech on a yearly basis? They have no interest in the rest of the B12. They exist and thrive on hate for Texas. A total paradigm shift is in store for Tceh.

No kidding WestT. Been watching Husker games, or listening if not on TV, since '59. Worst Husker D I have ever seen. Too bad they are in the Big 10 and can't recruit Texas kids. OU's are doing pretty good.
