Some decent and meaningful games this week. After this week’s games, it will probably be a good time to get our early CFP picks in.

#10Utah at #19 Oreg St(-3): OSU favored, then I take Da Utes to win outright

Cinci(-2) at BYU: Cinci favored? What is up on Vegas? I’ll take BYU at home.

#8USC(-21.5) at Colorado: I’ll hesitantly take USC to cover

Unranked aggy(-6.5) at unranked arky at Jerra. I think unranked aggy will cover

Coogs at Tech(-8.5): I’ll take Tech at home

#13 LSU (-2.5) at #20 OleMiss: Lsu covers on the road

#11 Notre Dame(-6) at #17 Duke: I will go out on a limb for the upset. The Dukies.

WV at TCU(-12.5): tcu wins but doesn’t cover

USC will try and score 100 on Colorado to intimidate Oregon.

Duke v Notre Dame will show us how good the Big 10 really is. Notre Dame had Ohio st by the balls and lost.

LSU v OM will show us how good LSU is since OM just played Bama.

Some other games I'd to add
New Mexico/Wyoming
Missouri/Vanderbilt
Baylor/UCF
Florida/Kentucky

To combine the games we have on our list.
I like the Utes but I don't how far they can go without Cam Rising. Against UCLA they were playing not lose.

Cincinnati/BYU l'll go with the cougars

Houston/ Texas Tech tech wins easily

LSU/Mississippi the tigers will probably win but the SEC is up in the air.

ND/Duke the Irish bounce back.

WV/TCU the horn frogs are better than we think.

Air Force/Wyoming cowboys roll

Missouri/Vanderbilt tigers all the way

Florida/Kentucky Kentucky continues to take out 31 years of frustrations out on the gators

Baylor/UCF the new schools are worse than we thought. All 4 schools lost their first conference game by double digit margins. I have Baylor in an upset.

Believe me @westx the Trojans will cover. Without Travis Hunter they don't have a chance. I'm tired of saying this but you can't underestimate how much the rest of the Pac XII hates prime. It's not just what he does with transfer portal. I think a lot of it has to do with him becoming a hc without having to go through the ranks like they did. And there's his personality.

I am not a Deion apologist. But, I will say this. Deion has to use his strengths and skill set to get the job done, whatever those may be. In this case it is marketing and flash. Saban has organization and evaluation skills. Miami uses some of the same swag type of mentality in its recruiting and all around football program. I simply don’t have a problem with it. I also believe a lot of coaches get at certain levels based on who they know. I can make a case for Deion paying his dues by his accomishments on the field at the college level, pro level and championship NFL Superbowl level. In truth, I am just observing Deion. I am not even really pulling for him.

I am thinking that the Gators/UK and Clemson/Syracuse is too close to call for me. UCF will hold serve against Baylor.

Temple/Tulsa a game I forgot to mention and it's on tv tomorrow night. Tulsa is favored and should win. Our friend Stan Drayton is at Temple and I'm going to pull for him. I'll try to catch a few minutes to see how they're doing.

Something funny in hindsight. I remember in 2017, more or less, we would all get pissed when Drayton/Herman would trot out Kyle Porter every game instead of Chris Warren. We couldn’t figure it out. Porter was not good. He eventually transferred to UH where he was not very distinguished there either.

10Utah at #19 Oreg St(-3): Utah

Cinci(-2) at BYU: Cinci favored? Mormons

#8USC(-21.5) at Colorado: USC BIG

Unranked aggy(-6.5) at unranked arky at Jerra. ARKY

Coogs at Tech(-8.5): Tech

#13 LSU (-2.5) at #20 OleMiss: LSU

#11 Notre Dame(-6) at #17 Duke: ND

WV at TCU(-12.5): WVU

Another game I want to throw in here while there's time.
UCLA/Washington State got the bruins on this one.

Well so far I'm one for two. I got Temple right but missed on Utah. Listen without Cam Rising Utah is not the same team and he may not play at all this year.

They have 2 QBs that I thought would be serviceable. One of them is very fast and mobile Guess not. However, I am going to give Oreg St props. They looked very good.

Caleb Williams is lighting it up again, but at least Colorado’s offense is enjoying getting to play against a Lincoln Riley defense.

Well let's see
Temple/Tulsa ✓
Utah/Oregon State x
Cincinnati/BYU ✓
Florida/Kentucky ✓
Houston/Texas Tech ✓
USC/Colorado ✓ but they didn't cover
LSU/Mississippi x but I'm glad that the rebels won. My brother told me the 4th quarter was more than an hour. Is that true?
Notre Dame/Duke ✓ but barely
Air Force/Wyoming ✓
Missouri/Vanderbilt✓
aggies/Arkansas ✓
West Virginia/TCU x

Baylor/UCF ✓ I had this as the upset of the week but when UCF was ahead 35/7 I thought I really suck at upset special of the week. Then I saw where Baylor came back. Lucky on this one.
Overall 9/3 but I demote it to 8.5 because USC didn't cover

and I'm going to say it now the aggies will beat Alabama on Saturday

In their 2 loses Florida State and Mississippi dropped 100 points and over 1200 yards of offense on LSU's defense. Now what's this I heard about SEC defenses?
