Pokes vs Baylor

There was no pride in Mudville, Mighty Casey had struckout

Good for okie lite and bailor the Big 12 will look like this when Texas and blowu leave, but wait a minute cincy will have something to say

The happiest person tonight is Bob Bowlsby. No way he was going to let Texas or OU play for the title if he could help it.
People at Baylor have gotta be pretty happy too. I thought Aranda was for sure going to LSU.

I thought so to Aranda has his work cut out for him. A lot of his starters were/are seniors. Might be a rough year, but he’s certainly earned some rope.

I like both schools, but I'm pulling for OSU to win and make it to the CFP. I'd like to see Georgia, Michigan, OSU and anyone else besides Alabama, Ohio State and ND in the CFP.
I wasn’t before but I’m kinda rooting for ND to back in to the playoff. Would present quite the awkward situation

Insert Cincy who beat ND heads up for ND and you've got an interesting playoff.

Georgia beats Bama and bama is out. And I think Georgia rolls the Tide.

I'm hoping that UH beats Cincy, but that would leave the door wide open for ND. On another note, all CCG's should be played at a neutral site. Cincy playing at home is BS.

Doesn’t help the perception that the AAC is below the power 5 that’s for sure.

True, but the reality is if Cincy beats UH, they're in the CFP.
Oh for sure, and they should be at least under the current system. Now if we were actually putting in the 4 best teams I wouldn’t say cincy is that, but we all know that’s not what the committee actually does

Not if Bama beats Georgia and Ok St beats Baylor. If that happens Michigan would be 1, Bama 2, Georgia 3 and Ok St 4. Cincinnati would be out.
If Bama’s OL plays Saturday the way the played against Auburn… Cincinnati won’t have to worry about that.

the question will be what will the committee do if ND backs in?

BBA, I can see things potentially playing out like this. Georgia tanks the SEC CCG and loses to Bama (per direction from the SEC), putting both of them in the CFP. Cincy beats UH and punches their ticket. Michigan routs Iowa and punches their ticket.

Yep, and now an OSU win gives the Big XII the best chance for a team in the playoff. If you think the officiating was jacked up in Bedlam, you ain’t seen nothing yet.

I would really like to see OSU make it just for the fact I think Gundy is the most underrated coach in the country. And on top of that i'm tired of seeing the same old schools year in and year out.

Given all the Bedlams where OSU has gotten the very short-end of the officiating stick, it was kind of refreshing to see some of the close calls go our way. That said, the officiating in that game was horrid across the board. OSU just got the better end of it in the 4th quarter.

Looks like Ok. St. is going to Ok. St. today. I picked Ok. St. to win but unless something changes they my
get beat by a backup qb. At this point even if Ok. St. wins this game they've probably eliminated themselves from any CFP discussions.

Baylor-- with a freshman back-up QB-- is beating okie lite like the 2017 Astros beat trash cans.

So I guess if Georgia wins it’s UG, Michigan, Cincinnati (if they win) an ND?
If AL wins its UG, Michigan, Cincinnati and AL?
Then it comes down to how you seed them.

So if ND wins the whole thing does Brian Kelly get credit for a national title?
