the Daily Mail piece is very long, AND IF TRUE, very insightful. I can very much imagine Bill and especially Hillary saying and doing what is attributed to them in the book. I grew up in Texas in the early 60s and have seen the 'Black Only' signs throughout the state. I have heard my grandparents (who were born in the late 1800s) use the same type of language. I mention this because Texas was far less racially divided than Arkansas was at the same time.
