Walking through the local market as we speak. Trying to figure out what will be cooked up and served tomorrow at 11am for our Blue Blood match-up with meat-chicken.

Do I smoke a beer butt chicken?
Maybe some pork ribs-- I'd have to start at 4am.
Brazilian Picahña is always a hit.
I could cube up some sirloin and veggies and make kabobs.
The Polish meat market here has some wicked looking sausage coils.
Ribeye tacos...... never a bad thing.
Decisions.

Clob....have you ever gone to the Bon Ton in Uhland for link sausage? Before the store in Kyle burned down it had the best link sausage ever made.

If it’s not for many people, I recommend smoking a chuck roast. A buddy turned me on to this, and it’s awesome. Smokes a lot quicker than a brisket and perfect for 4-5 people. I get a 4 pound Chuck from the H‑E‑B butcher and make sure it’s got plenty of marbling… of course, you can also never go wrong with yard bird.
