Bob Saget was murdered

Well at the very least manslaughterish. Some day, and this day may never come, I’m going to return to this thread for a heartfelt “told you so”

seems hard to believe that multiple blows to the head would have come any other way than an attack. Murder or something very very strange.

That doesn’t answer my question. If the state of Florida(medical examiner, police, etc) felt he was murdered what incentive do they have to ignore it and move on?
It’s not a question of incentives. To the extent that there’s a court order in place sealing investigative reports, any additional medical examiner’s reports will remain private. The investigation will go on, the public just won’t be privy to the investigative findings. Judicial actions (e.g., indictments, arraignments, etc.) are another matter. But, if the family requested that charges not be pressed, then we may never know the real story.

One Doctor described Bob Sagets as injuries only seen with blunt force trauma by a bat or falling 20-30 feet. If we assume JDCPA is correct that one possibility is that the family requested charges not be filed….what the hell was Bob Saget doing that the family would rather it go away rather than seek justice for his death?

Yeah something is not right if the reports are true about the severity of his injury but why would the family be covering?

Typically, a surviving family is angry and wants the culprit(s) held responsible to the fullest extent of the law. Just human nature. But, when a family is sealing the proceedings, then it makes me think twice about what actually occurred. This was no minor bump on the back of the head attributable to a fall of 6’4” (his height).

The medical examiner and police have already said no evidence of foul play.

So my point still remains. If you are suggesting he was murdered you are suggesting that law enforcement is participating in a coverup. So I ask what do they gain from that?

Dude, show me where I suggested a “murder” took place. Show me where I suggested a “cover up.” You can’t because I didn’t. I explained process and described facts as have been publicly reported. Right now, we’re just connecting dots. If you want to place reliance on initial medical examiner and police statements that’s up to you. All I’m suggesting is that the reported blunt force trauma and injuries, coupled with the family’s desire for judicial privacy, cloud the picture a bit. Don’t attribute anything beyond that to me.

I maintain manslaughter or some type of foul play. Not attributing any “cover up” just a lot of secrecy and moving parts that I maintain will eventually result in criminal charges May take a while.

murder is a crime against the State. The family's wishes are irrelevant. The investigation would go on regardless.....unless of course if the family is the Kennedy's or Clinton's

Fair point. Not sure about FL’s involuntary manslaughter statute - basically, where an unintentional death occurs as a result of a preventable accident.
