There were about 20 people on the flight up from Houston, low key. But it’s early. Made an initial pass through a few bars in the adult section of Main St. Early comments:
“People are showing up already?!”
“We hear you guys like to drink.”
“This place is going to be crazy. It always is but the Chamber has told us to be ready.”
“McConaughey rented an entire hotel as soon as the game was announced.”-No idea if it’s true but thought this was funny.
They’re preparing for a huge weekend. They’re used to big games (like we are) but at the same time you can tell they’re expecting a big event.
