Police initially said they believed the driver of the Range Rover SUV 'intentionally' plowed into pedestrians waiting at a bus stop outside the Ozanam Center at 8.20am on Saturday, but later clarified that they are still investigating the incident — and were testing the driver to see if he was under the influence of alcohol at the time.
The unnamed driver following the horrific scene in the border town, and has been charged with reckless driving. Authorities say more charges may follow after the pending investigation is complete."
