I'm sure many of you may not care whether he is or not, but in case it matters to you, it is obvious that Donald Trump is not a Christian and he has admitted as much in public interviews.
First let me define what I mean by Christian. A true Christian is not one because of their parents, or because of the fact that they go to Church, or because of their good deeds or even because they claim to be. A true Christian is one who has sincerely professed their faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior and one who realizes that they need a savior because all have sinned and only through Christ can ones sins be forgiven.
Trump does not fit this description because by his own admission he has never asked God for forgiveness.
I would think this would be obvious to anyone with even a rudimentary understanding of the Christian faith. Although Trump apparently claims the Christian faith, he doesn't possess even a rudimentary understanding of it himself.
