Just scroll down and look at his page a little deeper. He reported Tech was hiring Briles lol.
On the flipside of this, heard from somebody that is not a usual source so can't confirm validity, that Quinn Ewers doesn't feel like he'll get an honest shot at winning the job there. Dream has always been to qb Texas. Betting neither of these happen but as long as we're entertaining the negative, we might as well entertain the positive
Honestly...if I had to run AND block for myself...my team was on a 4 game losing streak...my Heisman dreams were crushed...I had nagging injuries...I have people around me quitting and hitting the transfer portal...I'd want to sit three games as well.
I think it makes sense for him to sit the rest of the season. No reason to put himself at risk and jeopardize his professional career. There’s nothing for us to play for except pride. This should give others a chance to get experience in actual game situations which can help our team going into next season. I also believe there’s going to be a lot of guys entering the portal and that’s not a bad thing. Gives Sark a chance to rid the scourge from the roster. I highly doubt Bijan goes into the portal. He’s got one more season before entering the draft and I would bet that he and his handlers appreciate the way Sark is managing his health by letting him rest for the rest of the season.

If he’s injured I’d sit him. We have like 3 other RBs that probably haven’t seen the field much.
More Rojo and his leadership and passion just may be what is needed. A good time for Bijan to heal against KU and beyond if needed. He doesn’t seem like a guy that would hit the portal.
