Car Horn Repair - Austin, Texas

Hey All - We were gifted a car in great condition. Upon inspection the horn does not work and the inspection place wanted to charge $1100 which is crazy. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good cheap mechanic in Austin that can fix it more economically?
