Probably one of the posters describing your players as "younguns" for the 3rd year in a row. Gundy needs to stop with the excuses and get to coaching.

We should recruit the ones that do understand football then. They are obviously out there as plenty of programs are doing well right now.

As a high school teacher, I agree. Not just in athletics, but in everyday situations. The cell phone is an awesome source for information, but also an awesome source of lethargy.

I was going to say that kids in general rely and spend to much time on cell phones. I just don't know how this effects an athlete but I can imagine it probably does. With anything better come up with a way to grab that kids attention.

On a side note. I met Tony Brackens this past weekend. He was in town meeting up with his old NFL buddy...knows the head coach at the high school...extremely nice guy. Dude is still huge.
