Duke may ACTUALLY beat Florida st today. They do that and the ACC is screwed unless Mack Brown runs the table. I don't see a 1 loss ACC team getting in ahead of a 1 loss SEC or Big 10 team.

Tennessee at Alabama: bama

Okla St at WV: osu seems to be improving and WV playing decent all season. I'll taek WV at home.

Texas Tech at BYU: I'll take BYU

TCU at K State: I'll take K State

Duke at Florida St: I know it may be tempting, but no way I am going against FSU. They are playing too good.

Utah at USC: I don't think Utah can score enought points. USC covers the 7pt spread

Clemson at Miami: I am going to take Miami at home

USC has been a 0.500 team for the few years before Riley. 1st year under Riley 11-3. So far, they are 6-1 and are in a 1 possession game against a quality 5-1 team. Only year 2.

They’ve struggled the last 3 weeks though. Had to go to OT against Arizona, lost to ND, losing to Utah.

It’s year 2, but with tte way Lincoln decided to build the team bringing Caleb Williams, Mario Williams and others with him. He was banking on the first couple years being championship type years.

I mean think about what the expectations would have been at Texas had Sark brought Bryce young and Jamison Williams to Texas with him.

In some ways Riley's teams were the best team in a weak conference. All he needed was the for his defense to get a few stops, a few turnovers and his team would win. But the defense was never that good.

But this year the Pac XII is a strong conference the defenses are a lot better and so are the offenses. And he just can't outscore the other team anymore. And Washington and Oregon are on the horizon. He's looking at 8/4 and a trip to the Alamo Bowl. The termination of Alex Grinch is inevitable.

One last thing. The Pac XII zebras pay a lot more attention than the Big XII they're getting called for a lot more penalties now.

She was going on and on about how much she liked UWs all purple uniforms with the shiny metallic W, stripes, numbers and even the bottom of the cleats. After a couple plays she started complaining that they are too shiny and could affect her eyes. After about the third conplaint about the shininess, I responded “I thought you really liked those uniforms”. She said “Yeah, I do like them if I was wearing them, but not if I had to play in them”. I thought that was funny enough to post. It’s even funnier because she has never ever played any sort of organized sports. Good night all.

That’s it. We win the next 5 games we’re playing for a conference title. We won that we’re playing for a national title(probably). They aren’t gonna count it as 2 wins because we cover the spread.

There's no question that Riley left the program in a weaker position than the one he inherited from Bob Stoops in the summer of 2017, which was on a 11-game winning streak and defending Big 12 and Sugar Bowl champions.

A lot of casual college football fans around the country have been parroting people like Colin Cowherd, and think that OU was an elite team when Riley walked out the door in December 2021. In fact, they lost two out of their three final regular season games and finished 3rd in the Big 12. Not only did they not make it to the Big 12 championship game, they didn’t even make it to a major bowl game.

History has a habit of repeating itself.
