A) The conference voted: no to a conference tv network, yes to unequal revenue share and yes to schools owning their 3rd tier rights. UT is playing by the rules the conference members all voted on (and that includes the prior members who lied about why they left). Saying UT is playing by its own rules is both ignorant and dishonest.

B) The Big XII is stable until 2025. Period. Full stop. End of discussion. Boren's bellyaching notwithstanding.

I don't see anything in that article suggesting the Big 12 is looking at them. But if the Arizona school are truly flirting with the Big 12 over their unhappiness with the PAC it wouldn't be bad to dangle CSU as a member.

I doubt it. All of the realistic expansion candidates suck and do nothing to solve the conference's long-term (or not so long-term) issues.

There are only a few expansion options thst make sense and thry are longshots. In 10 years I'm not so sure the big 12 is around. Hell I'll be honest I'll bet some creative lawyers could get schools out of the tv deals if things get real bad.
