Concert tickets for Manchester Orchestra and Jimmy Eat World in Houston

I have a friend that needs to sell four tickets to the Monday, August 7, Manchester Orchestra and Jimmy Eat World concert in Houston. This should be a fantastic concert, but unfortunately, he has had a family obligation pop up and is not going to be able to make the concert.
