I wanted to give a shout out to the folks over at Covert Ford in Hutto. I recently made the decision to trade in my F250 for a 350 in order to pull a fifth wheel safely and they went above and beyond for me. This is my fourth vehicle that I have purchased from the Covert group and it certainly will not be the last. The level of customer service that we have received is unmatched. In addition to the deal they made me, I had a small issue that required immediate service in which our summer vacation would be in jeopardy. This would include the possibility of potentially having to cancel reservations that were made almost a year ago. I took my truck in excepting the worst and just got a call from the service director that it would be ready today. I do not give many reviews, but I did feel that this was warranted and wanted to share my experience. Do yourself a favor when shopping for a vehicle and give them the opportunity to take care of you as well as they have my family.
