I gotta say, I like this a lot. Nicely done. It is a very subtle way of giving Ukraine the beginnings of a security arrangement. And now that there’s money involved hopefully the Admin. Will start putting more pressure on Russia — or at least does. It cut off military aid. I am hopeful this is a promising beginning to the end of the war.
