This guy will never make it in a for-profit environment. He could have presented his points in 10 minutes. He lost me when he essentially said that the EoT was not important.

The culture problem at Texas (or was at Texas) was made clear with how the players, past players and other reacted to the new that Hermpes was fired............
I don't know if Sark is the guy, but I feel better about him and his past than I did about Herm and his past............

That's not what he said at all. What he's saying is that there is culture problem at TX that's been 10 years in.the making. He's right. He said he understood people's feelings about the EoT. But it's not just that there's more to it.
There are a lot of components that contribute to the culture problem at Texas. The woke crowd/movement being as big of a part of the problem as anything.
I do agree with him that Texas cant make a football scholarship contingent on singing The Eyes. That said players can be told its expected to stand there after games as a team.

When I was in the Army, the commanders I most liked serving under were not the guys that wanted to be my friend.I liked the guys that busted our ass when we got lazy, or made mistakes, or sought self glory.
