The cowboys might have the only coaching staff that is a bigger clown show than our staff.
Great win but if we lose next week to philly its over.
They don’t need to make the playoffs. Need to do everything possible from this point on, to ensure that Garrett is gone as soon as the whistle blows to end the game against Washington

Could be worse, you could be a Redskins fan like myself...…………..but hey at least we keep getting good draft picks that we do nothing with......…..
I don’t watch the NFL. My wife said choose, college or NFL, because she wasn’t going to let me sit around all weekend & watch football. I chose college. It was an easy choice.
The NFL sucks. The only reason it’s popular is because of fantasy football. It would get MLB and NBA tv numbers otherwise.
I still haven't figured out how to post memes on here because I'm fvcking stupid-- but someone sent me one of Dak and Zeke standing there telling Santa that "we want a dragon for Christmas" .
Santa then responds with "come on guys, let's be realistic."

You didn't like the fact that Elliot wasn't in the game on 3 and 1, because he has been given the freedom to remove himself from the game, if he needs a breather?

You know I really don't dislike the Cowboy players I really don't. It's Jerry Jones I don't like and that's putting it mildly. It's now 25 years and counting since the Cowboy last SB win. Good.
You know I was a big Oilers fan back in the Warren Moon era. All those great players. But they didn't just lose they lost in spectacular fashion. I just couldn't take it anymore and quit watching the NFL. That was 25 years ago. There have been some NFL players I admired. I watch the SB because if you're a red blooded American male who loves fb then you watch the SB lol.
But the 49ers and the Ravens have given me a good a good reason to watch the NFL again. I've told everyone on here that Kyle Shanahan a UT receiver in the Roy Williams era is the 49ers coach. But do you remember the only other UT player who coached in the NFL ? It was a guy named Tom Landry. Of course KS is not TL but how can any TX fan not be happy if the 49ers win it all in February? Besides all that they have become a very good, watchable, and focused team. They've also beaten their biggest competition in the NFC. Hookem Coach Kyle.
The other most watchable team this year are the Ravens. In just his 2nd year it's Lamar Jackson, not BM or KM who has proven that the spread offense can work in the NFL and the Ravens have a great offense this year. For me at least the Ravens have a great storyline in that they have 6 Longhorns and Sooners on the team. I can't remember even 1 NFL team that had that combination. Best yet until the 6th game all of them were starting. In fact Justin Tucker, Earl Thomas, and Mark Andrews have all made the Pro Bowl. And can you imagine what it would like if all of them watched the TX/OK game together? One last thing the Ravens are the best team in the NFL this year.

Ya I know just giving you a hard time like you were about my Cowboys. You don’t have to remind us true Cowboys fans who grew up in the Landry years how bad the last 25 years have been. It makes me sick that Jerry has become so complacent and stop caring about winning anymore.But it was fun to watch.

Think about this. You hire a coach that builds your team into a dynasty that wins 3 super bowls and then fire him because he's getting more attention than you. Since the day that team started to dissolve, the team has been run like a clown car. What is the 1 common factor over that time period?

ESPN is reporting "tenure has come to an end". I wonder why it took 3 meetings. It is not easy to fire anybody, but man, Jerry is gone too soft if he deliberated that long. Dallas has so much talent and didn't even make the playoffs. Right now, Dallas/Jerry can't ruin my mood as I have been watching Alamo Bowl re-runs on LHN.
