Colorado was intertpreting the constitution when they removed Trump. Hard to see how the border problems constitute violating the 14th amendment. I could easily see the US Supreme court upholding Colorado and striking down Texas. We can't have states just removing candidates from the ballot for unconstitutional reasons.
