Haines went out with a head injury, and you saw what happened to the secondary. Last year Tank and Ridgeway did a good job holding up and the Backers were no were to be found. This year the DTs are getting pushed back and the backers are having to run around them to make plays. We also have no edge rusher. People are bashing Bedford for dialing up the heat in OT but what else is he supposed to do. We cant get there with 4.

1st game of the year against unfamiliar faces. They'll shore it up hopefully. One thing is for sure, NDs young QB is the real deal. He has VERY good timing and freaking laser beam passing over 10yds in middle of field. I think we possibly just faced the best qb on our schedule.

Swoopes, you da man! Shane B, keep developing the talent you posses and for GOD'S SAKE SLIDE SON, SLIDE! We don't want you to be our next concussion prone qb.

LBers were misdiagnosing run plays as pass plays and we have huge holes in our zone defense. We will get gashed routinely. Same coach.
