Why would you breathe life into your enemy? Why would you bring charges that will take require legal gymnastics? They fear him. They know that 2020 had a HUGE number of mail in ballots because of COVID. They know COVID fears are gone. They know it will be hard to get the independent and casual voters out to vote when it isn’t as easy. If they left Trump alone his base isn’t large enough to win…..or is it? Last election came down to around 50,000 votes in key areas. In 2016 it was around 75,000. They fear something. You turn someone into a victim sympathetic people defend the victim and not the bully. The Democrats threw the rule of law out the window today.
