Has anyone on this board every had Direct go back to the recording of a phone call to see what discount price was agreed upon?

Called them during the Disney issues and the customer service rep. gave me a price we agreed upon to stay on with Direct. Called today and only written record from that previous service rep. was that "She helped the customer". They said that it would take 3 - 5 business days to review the recording. I will be calling back in 5 days to see where this goes. I had specific notes of who I talked to, the date I called, and the price agreed upon.

Just seeing if anyone else has had similar issues.
