Recs for divorce attorney in Corpus Christi area. My female cousin, grinds constantly, owns an insurance agency, is a realtor, and owns/manages two AIRBNBs. Husband is recently retired federal employee, retired early likely under medical. Can’t/wont work, quits jobs in one week. Buys new sport car and sells the next month.
As a result of their different priorities they have kept separate bank accounts through their 12 year marriage . He pays half the mortgage but otherwise she covers all bills, including their daughter’s private school education. He won’t even take the kid to school. She’s hoping not to lose half her businesses that she built independently but understands community property in the state.
