I’m just curious if you trust the government? I’m looking at all of us not just Conservatives, Liberals, Democrats, Republicans, Independents or Libertarians.
Full disclosure about myself. I consider myself more of a Libertarian but voted straight Republican in the last general election for POTUS and I will again. Not because I don’t think Republican politicians are not crooked, I think most of them are as crooked as a corkscrew. I tend to think most politicians, regardless if Republican or Democrat, are crooked. I’m voting Republican because I don’t think the Libertarian Party can win and the Republican Platform much more closely aligns with my personal beliefs than the Democratic Platform.
I don’t really want this thread to turn into a debate on the Republican or Democrats platforms so I won’t go into specifics of my beliefs. I really want this thread to stay on topic so I can see if the two sides on this forum can agree on something.
My choice is that I do not trust the government, regardless which party is in control.
