Not good. The entire production. They just don’t seem to have a good pulse for the game. They don’t realize what matters. Or otherwise they’re just lazy.
For instance in this Baylor game just now, there was a false start that seemed objectionable. ESPN doesn’t give us the replay. And then on the next play two unsportsmanlike conduct penalties that almost resulted in a brawl. Again no replay. Last night in the Iowa vs Mizzou game they failed to show a close third down call where the ball was marked just short. Again no replay.
I see this type of stuff from ESPN all the time. It’s amateur. To me CBS and Fox do far superior jobs in their college football coverage. ESPN otoh seems lazy, unfocused, or unprepared, from a production standpoint.
