Texas Tech lost at home tonight to Baylor, only scored 52 points, went 7/23 from behind the arc, and shot 41% from the FT line. At home.
As you might remember, Texas scored 44 points and shot poorly on the road against #4 Baylor this past Saturday, and resident basketball expert @RLong68 made nearly 5 threads in the 20 minutes after the game using the loss to #4 Baylor to suggest, yet again, that Shaka should be fired.
Based on that, the evidence is clear to me- Texas Tech should Fire Chris Beard... right?
Look, I completely agree that we need to see improvement from Shaka. All I’m saying... don’t let a small few crazies control the narrative on this board. Tune into Texas-OU tomorrow. If you’re in Austin, go to the game. This team is not down and out yet; they’re 10-3 and there’s a lot of basketball left to play in 2020.
