We are dead last.at 187, 25 first downs behind Kansas at #9 and a whopping 159 first downs behind Texas Tech.
What I found curious, is we only have 9 first downs by from penalties. That is dead last. Only Kansas is close to us at 13. Most are in the mid 20's, while WVU is at 32. What can you glean from that? Does that mean refs are screwing us? We're in a lot of long yardage downs, so penalties don't result in first downs? A combination of the two?
