So the Patsies are practicing at Georgia Tech. My son called yesterday and said that he got to watch some of their practice and that he and about a hundred other students were greeted by Brady who came up to them and schmoozed for a few minutes. My boy said he was surprised, that Brady looks all of his 41 years and then some....

Not a huge fan of NFL and will be pulling for Josh Reynolds and the Rams. However I do enjoy watching typically reasonable people lose their sh!t when Brady and the Pats continue to win.
I have no idea why people hate Brady. He is old as hell and still the man. He seems like a decent guy, most ultra successful people come off as way bigger douchebags. I don't care much about the NFL, but I'll be pulling for the old guy.

The NFL did. They fined the team $1M and 2 draft picks over it. And the cheater Brady served a 4-game suspensension due to "substantial and credible evidence of knowledge of employees deflating footballs as well as obstructing the investigation". That they fought in court and lost as upheld by the 2nd US Court of Appeals in NYC.

Do you remember every scandal from the NFL from 20 years ago? The general public will not either. I would guess that 5 years after Brady & Belichek retire, that your normal every day person will remember "deflate gate"
All of this to say, that if Brady, Belichek, and the Patriots never win another game, I wouldn't shed one iota of one tear.
I will be there to bring it up.
Edit: I also predict both will get booed on the day of their HOF inductions.
