Former defensive coordinator Vance Bedford used to address the media every Wednesday, and I was told we are now down to Monday and Tuesday for media availability in the future.
Texas coach Charlie Strong will address the media on Monday and postgame Saturday, while offensive coordinator Sterlin Gilbert will speak each Tuesday. Strong will not take over Bedford's spot and speak again on Wednesdays.
A UT media relations member told me, "Coordinator talks on Mondays now."
