I was taught that leadership is about developing your people (that would include coaches as well as players) to take on the next level. You should be happy for them.

Dang right. So far he kind of reloads on coaches too but they really cleaned out the cupboard this time. I haven’t kept up in the last day or 2 but I assume Pete Golding takes over the defense and Sarkisian the offense? This may start to be the time Saban starts considering throwing in the towel.
