Has anyone ever heard of swatting?

It's when people usually kids make a prank call to the police saying someone is in grave danger.

That's why they call it swatting. And a swat team responds. And innocent people get harmed. This has become a popular game.

I don't have the time to explain it in detail but there is a documentary on Netflix called web of make believe.

I watched it last night it represents what's wrong with the Internet. And I've studied it some more and it can be frightening.

I was reading about this today recently some hs kids in SF were arrested for swatting.

Do you remember seeing in the documentary that there was a bet of $1.50 that cost an innocent man his life and destroyed his daughter.

It used to be kids playing video games that were talking in chat rooms. One kid would kick another kids ass in some stupid game, and the loser would figure out the winners VPN or IP address or some sh!t-- then could figure out their physical address, then would call in a hostage situation.
