But do you quit and sit on the couch or look while still employed?I think of it this way and maybe it’s not right but if you weren’t happy at your company and think an opportunity is better else where do you just sit idle or go for that next opportunity? He probably thinks he’s better off someone where else whether it’s playing time, coaches, other teammates etc..we don’t know. Why would you leave your company for another?
I would never quit without having something lined up. Is that not what happens with the transfer portal? I honestly don’t know. But do you quit and sit on the couch or look while still employed?
They miss out on all that practice time that is key for development. They can't transfer to the new school until the academic semester is over I believe.I would never quit without having something lined up. Is that not what happens with the transfer portal? I honestly don’t know.
Ok I understand it’s not the fact he’s transferring it’s when. Got it! I totally agree with your statement. The way kids are raised yesterday/today is definitely not the same. They miss out on all that practice time that is key for development. I think it speaks a lot about the individual IMO. It's just a different breed of kids nowadays. My father would have never let me quit something that I started. That was something that was instilled in me at a young age. I actually like the new transfer rules as it gives guys more of a chance to play, but I will never understand quitting in the middle of a season.
