1. Wray did NOT "cast doubt." He simply said he doesn't know.
2. They did NOT recover eight spent rounds from the roof top. They found eight shell casings.
3. They did NOT account for all the "spent rounds" that were fired. That would be impossible.
What do you suppose is the underlying implication here? Just incompetent reporting or something else?
