It is often said that holding happens on every play. If this is true, how egregious does the hold need to be to get flagged? Does the rule book say what does or does not constitute a hold?
If memory serves, in the 2009 Tech game, there were over 20 blatant holds by Tech that were never called.
For years, OU was constantly holding, with very few, if any flags.
Last night there were many blatant holds by Ohio State that the refs ignored.
Does Texas hold as much as these other teams? If not, perhaps our O-Line should be coached to do so.
