Anyone watching 60 minutes expose tonight about 6 insurance carriers committing fraud against Florida homeowners after Hurricane Helene wreaked havoc on their homes?
Countless people have seen fraud where the carriers have changed the damage amounts in some cases as much as 98% less money owed to the insured homeowners.
One couple had an estimate for over $220k and the carrier cheated and changed the damage amount to only $15k and all without the estimators knowledge and signed the report as if it was the estimators signature.

The insurance carriers are betting that most people will not stand and fight the carriers and they are getting away with fraud. So sad to see our society and companies turn into out right criminals now with no repercussions.
Most of the large carriers have left the state of Florida and small carriers have stepped in now trying to cheat the homeowners.
