Houston Family Court Lawyer Recommendation

Sorry for the OT post and thanks in advance for any help you might be able to provide.

My brother's baby mama is reneging on a mediated custody agreement. The agreement was not signed/approved/something by the court and the case ended up being dismissed for a missed filing deadline. They have been following the "legally binding" agreement since both parties signed it last year but she now is refusing to follow on the grounds stated above. He is under the impression that the mediated agreement is still legally binding but technically unenforceable. He's used/consulted with three lawyers, the first of which botched the filings which led to dismissal. The other two have not been able to resolve the issue. All three lawyers agree that they don't understand the reason the court dismissed the case (some kind of missed 45 deadline) but the court has denied the motion to reinstate unless all parties agree, which she will not agree to do.

Not looking for a legal opinion here but I'd very much appreciate a recommendation for a great family lawyer.
