Anyone believing that week 1 opening polls don't mean anything are only fooling themselves. It shouldn't be that way but it is. I'm sure Vegas etc. are all behind it to some extent. When the actual first "official polls" come out around week 4 or so, are they any different that what has been projected thru the first 3 weeks? If truth be told and all things being equal should OU realistically be No. 4 after losing Murray and finishing with 100+ defense?
