It seems clear there has been collusion going on between obama's DOJ and the clinton campaign.
If the FBI has clear and solid evidence of this, showing the the DOJ is working with clinton to keep this email and clinton foundation stuff quiet. Evidence that shows they are trying to help her cover it up.
If a federal prosecutor has to make the move for a grand jury to indict, obviously this will never happen because obama's justice department is protecting clinton and has no interest in a grand jury.
