How long does Haley last?

She has obviously become something of a star in the past year or so in her impassioned take downs of Russia at the UN. Normally, that would be great for her, particularly in a Republican administration.

But Trump doesn't like stars who aren't him. And he obviously isn't a fan of strong measures against Russia.

My sense is he is unhappy, but ultimately has bigger fish to fry at the moment than Haley. If I was Haley, I'd keep doing what I was doing and implicitly dare Trump to take me down. That is the best way to keep her star intact for 2020 or 2024.
