Theory 1- the Republicans are so weak in pursuing charges against the Biden family , they are going after the low hanging fruit
Theory 2- by going after the gun charges , enough oxygen will be taken from the room, it will whet the appetite of the bloodthirsty Conservative party ...in a very Liberal type "we git em" mentality and they wont have to delve into the other crimes against our country
Theory 3- Hunter BIden's gun charge is a gateway to Hunter Biden's laptop ( you know the Russian misinformation one that then wasn't ) and future prosecution of much more serious crimes by the Biden's
