I have said (with McCarthy’s wisdom) that he has the unilateral authority within the executive branch to fire whoever he wants within the branch.
As McCarthy pointed out in today’s column, he also has the unilateral authority to make them follow his commands.
He needs to reign in his DOJ/FBI and get them to start cooperating with Congress or he needs to shut his pie hole about the “witch hunt”. He has the authority for Congress to hold Mueller accountable. He needs to exercise it.
