I’m cooking at home again

Went through a period were I wasn’t cooking at home, and eating out all the time.

Finally got organized in that area, and have been throwing down.

Yesterday, I seared a thick 1 pound ribeye medium/med rare.

Made a batch of Chimichurri sauce. One bunch parsley, garlic, red whine vinegar, nice olive oil, salt and pepper.

Microwaved a potato. Big pat of Irish butter and a little sour cream.

Made a big Greek summer salad. Tomato, basil(home grown), cucumber, bell pepper, radish, red onion, Bulgarian sheeps milk feta. Olive oil, vinegar.
