On my flight back from Atlanta on Sunday night, we had to sit in the airplane for close to two hours after landing in Austin. There was bad weather in Dallas, so a lot of flights had to be re-directed to Austin, which backed up the gates something awful.
Sucked, but didn't bother me too much. What are you going to do?
I just got an email from Southwest giving me a $100 flight voucher for my inconvenience. Mind you, I didn't file any sort of complaint at all ... they just sent it out of the blue.
Their customer service has always been second to none, but this blew me away. I'm thinking I should put it towards a flight to Vegas ... who is with me?
